Lewis MVB Summer Elite Camps - Overnight & Commuter
Hi coaches & directors!
I hope everyone had a great winter season and is gearing up for spring. I wanted to reach out and share our summer elite camp information with you - https://www.lewismensvbcamps.com/
We’re hosting 4 camps this summer at the dates below:
- July 13-14 (overnight)
- July 19-20 (overnight)
- August 3-4 (overnight)
- August 5-6 (commuter)
Each camp will be ran by our coaching staff, current players, alumni, and local coaches in the Chicagoland area with 2-3x sessions a day ran similar to our program’s practices. It’s a great opportunity for your boys to get a ton of high-level reps and get a taste of college volleyball before coming back to your programs in the fall!
Please share with your rosters and let me know any questions. Thank you for all you do for the sport and good luck the rest of this year!

Shenandoah University Camps (Men's & Women's) July 20th - July 25th
We are excited to announce that registration is officially LIVE for our 2026 Summer Volleyball Camps at Shenandoah University!
This summer, we are offering multiple camp opportunities designed to meet athletes where they are — whether they are building their foundation, refining their position-specific skills, or pursuing a future as a Hornet.
🔵 All Skills Camp
Our All Skills Camp is built on mastering the fundamentals — because elite play starts with a strong foundation. Athletes will refine serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defensive skills through high-repetition training and detailed instruction.
Campers will also be introduced to:
• College-level systems & strategy
• Competitive drills and gameplay
• Volleyball IQ and decision-making development
This camp is ideal for athletes looking to elevate their overall game in a structured, high-energy college environment.
🟡 Positional Skills Camps
Our Positional Camps are designed for athletes who want focused, position-specific development.
Each session provides detailed technical training, advanced footwork, and high-repetition drills tailored to the demands of the college game.
Position groups include:
• Setters – Footwork patterns, tempo control, decision-making, and leadership development
• Pin Hitters – Arm swing mechanics, shot selection, attacking in-system & out-of-system
• Middle Blockers – Blocking reads, transition timing, quick attack development
• Liberos/Defensive Specialists – Serve receive consistency, defensive positioning, platform control
Athletes will leave with a clearer understanding of what their position requires at the next level and how to train with purpose.
🔴 Women’s & Men’s Prospect Camp – For Future Hornets
Our Prospect Camp is designed specifically for athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate level and are interested in learning what it takes to become a Hornet.
Participants will:
• Train in a true college practice environment
• Compete in high-level drills and game-like scenarios
• Learn the systems and expectations used at Shenandoah
• Connect with current student-athletes
• Tour campus and facilities
• Participate in a live Q&A with coaches and players
This camp offers valuable exposure and insight into the recruiting process while giving our staff the opportunity to evaluate and interact with prospective student-athletes.
We invite you to share this opportunity with your athletes and families. Whether they are developing their fundamentals, refining their position, or pursuing collegiate volleyball, we would love to see them in the gym this summer.
Spots are limited, and we anticipate strong interest.

If you have questions or would like additional details, please do not hesitate to reach out. We look forward to hosting you this summer and continuing to grow the game together.
It's A Great Day To Be A Hornet!
