Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Tryouts

Cincinnati Attack Volleyball Club Fee & Refund Policy Please review this policy carefully before participating in tryouts. Club Fee Commitment Following the conclusion of tryouts in September (after the final tryout date for your athlete's age group), team offers will be sent via email. By accepting a team offer, you are entering into a binding agreement and accepting full financial responsibility for the entire club season. Once teams are finalized, Cincinnati Attack immediately commits club funds toward uniforms, tournament registrations, travel expenses, coaching costs, facility rentals, administrative expenses, and other program costs. For this reason, all club fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refund Policy No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Personal schedule conflicts Dissatisfaction with team placement or coaching assignments Playing time Voluntary withdrawal from the club Quitting the team Suspension or dismissal Illness or injury at any time during the season Any other circumstance that prevents participation Acceptance of a team offer represents a commitment to fulfill the entire club fee obligation regardless of an athlete's level of participation during the season. Deposit A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to accept a team offer. This deposit is applied toward your club fees and becomes 100% non-refundable immediately upon acceptance of your offer. If you later choose not to participate for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. If you are not prepared to make this financial commitment, we respectfully ask that you do not accept a team offer. Payment Obligation Club fees must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your offer letter. Failure to fulfill your financial obligation may result in collection efforts or other legal remedies. In addition, unpaid balances may be reported to the Ohio Valley Region (OVR) in accordance with regional policies, which may affect an athlete's future eligibility to participate with an OVR club. Tryout & Open Gym Fees All tryout registration fees and Open Gym fees are non-refundable. If an athlete is unable to attend a registered Open Gym session, a transfer to another Open Gym may be requested, provided space is available. No refunds or credits will be issued once payment has been made. Registration Insurance During the registration process, you had the option to purchase optional registration insurance to help protect your financial commitment in the event you are unable to participate due to certain covered circumstances. Please note that all insurance coverage, claim determinations, and reimbursement decisions are made solely by the insurance provider and are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the policy. Cincinnati Attack Volleyball Club is not responsible for determining claim eligibility or providing refunds for circumstances that are not covered by the insurance policy. If you chose not to purchase registration insurance, you remain fully bound by Cincinnati Attack's Club Fee & Refund Policy, and no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. Competitive Series

$235 fee includes all 5 dates of the competitive series. There are no discounts or refunds for missed days.

Purdue Ft. Wayne Camp

Cost for this event is $130 All payments collected online at time of registration. No refunds for cancellations.

Elite Middles with Caleb

$80/player. Payment will be collected in full at time of registration. 48 hour notice required to get a refund.
