• Admission will be available thru HomeTown Ticketing for both Pre-Sale & On-Site tickets. Cash will be accepted onsite. Please forward this link to purchase tickets in advance to all of your coaches, teams & families: NIKE FREEZEFEST ADMISSION
• Weencourage those over-achiever team moms & team dads to purchase wristbands for all parents on their team, pick-up the wristbands Friday afternoon between 4:00pm-8:00pm at the Convention Center and distribute at the hotel Friday evening.
• **ADMISSION LINES MAY BE LONG ON SATURDAY AM - PLAN ACCORDINGLY**
• For the non-over-achievers, we still encourage EVERYONE to buy in advance & bring their QR codes from HomeTown Ticketing to the Convention Center Friday evening between 4:00pm-8:00pm to avoid lines Saturday morning.

Dear Nike FreezeFest Attendees,

We hope you're excited for an outstanding weekend of volleyball at the 2025 Nike FreezeFest. We want to make you aware of an important parking and traffic situation taking place on Sunday, December 7, due to the Cleveland Browns home game that begins at 1:00pm.

Because of the NFL game, parking garages immediately surrounding the Huntington Convention Center will be charging upwards of $50 event-parking rate. Please note that this pricing is not associated in any way with the Nike FreezeFest event, and we understand this may cause inconvenience for some attendees.

To help avoid these elevated rates, we encourage you to consider alternative parking options located south of the convention center, closer to the Jacks Casino and Rocket Arena, where normal daily parking rates will be in effect.

Additionally, we strongly recommend the following to make your Sunday commute smoother:

• If you are staying in a downtown hotel, please walk to the convention center if possible, rather than moving your vehicle out of hotel parking.
• Consider using a rideshare service to avoid congestion and higher-cost parking areas.

Please also be aware of the following traffic restrictions on Sunday:

• Beginning at 10:00 AM, 3rd Street at Lakeside Drive will be closed due to Browns game operations.
• Highway 2 exits into downtown will also be closed.
• The best access to the convention center will be from the south end of the city.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate circumstances outside of our event’s control, and try to provide alternative solutions for you.

ALL PARKING AND TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO SUNDAY ONLY.

No matter when you play on Sunday, please plan accordingly to give yourself plenty of time to get into the city and into the convention center for your scheduled match. Traffic will be hectic by mid-morning.
