Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach | Northern Kentucky University

Jordan Little joins the Northern Kentucky University men's volleyball coaching staff as Assistant Coach, bringing a wealth of club and collegiate experience to the NKU program.

Prior to arriving in Highland Heights, Kentucky, Jordan spent eight impactful years coaching at Winter Park Volleyball Club in Orlando. During his tenure, he became a cornerstone of the WPVC community—guiding youth athletes, helping run private lessons, and shaping competitive squads. When he announced his departure earlier this summer, WPVC shared heartfelt tributes:

“It’s hard to say goodbye to someone who's been such a huge part of our WPVC family” and “You had my girls for their first private lesson … the best coach around!”

Before coaching, Jordan was a standout player at Winter Park High School and competed with Orlando Gold Volleyball Club, lending credibility to his hands-on knowledge of youth development and high-level competition.

At NKU, Jordan works closely with Head Coach Jim Palilonis to develop the newly launched men’s volleyball program as it gears up to join the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association in the 2025–26 season. He plays a key role in player development, recruiting, and on-court strategy, helping set a strong foundation for NKU’s inaugural Division I men’s volleyball season.

• 8 years of club coaching experience, building skills and character in young athletes at WPVC
• 2 AAU National Championships
• 2 AAU National Championship runner-up finishes
• 5 top 5 finishes as USAV nationals
• Training and developing over 20 Division I Men's Volleyball players, including two who represented the U19 and U21 USA Men's National Teams.

Jordan combines technical coaching ability, a genuine love for the game, and a background rooted in youth and club volleyball. His transition from Winter Park to NKU marks an exciting new chapter—for him and for a program on the rise.
