This is a friendly reminder that the Group Block you created for 2025 - Boys Winter Invitational will expire on Wed, 10/08/2025. After this date, any unused rooms will be released from your group block and placed back into general inventory or assigned to teams on a waitlist.

We were originally hoping that the BWI tournament in Louisville would have an afternoon start time on Friday for the teams playing in the 3-day tournament. Unfortunately, due to the size of the tournament they need to play in two waves on DAY 1 as well which is FRIDAY, December 12th. So, you might want to consider modifying your hotel room to add Thursday evening if you play in the morning pool on Friday.

Day 1 - Friday, December 12th

Teams listed below are playing in the 3-day event. Day 1 is on Friday & Day 2 is on Saturday. Both of your first two days should follow pool play based on the wave structure below. Your day 3 Sunday should be the normal final day where you re-pool for a tournament bracket style play.

AM Wave: 

• 15 Elite (15 Jake, 15 Allie, 15 Red, 15 Gold)
• 16 Club (16 Gold, 16 White)
• 17 Elite (17 Black, 17 Red)
• 17 Club (17 Gold, 17 White)

PM Wave: 

• 14 Elite (14 Black & 14 Red)
• 16 Elite (16 Black & 16 Red)
• 18 Elite (18 Black, 18 Red)
• 18 Club (18 Gold)

Day 1 - Saturday, December 13th

Teams listed below are playing in the 2-day event. Day 1 is on Saturday and you will follow the pool structure listed below. You will then re-pool and follow a tournament bracket style play on Sunday which is your last day.

AM Wave:

• 12s (12 Black & 12 Red)
• 13–14 Club, 16 Classic, 18 Classic

PM Wave: 

• 13 Elite (13 Black & 13 Red)
• 15 Classic, 17 Classic

Please note that a lot of this event is different from your standard event. Please be sure to check ALL reffing assignments and playing assignments that may show on a POOL SHEET and not just your team responsibilities. Each team will be guaranteed three matches of play on Friday & Saturday. Elite & Club (three-day divisions) are guaranteed one while classic or other two-day event divisions will still be guaranteed two. 

The schedule is subject to change, and I would not count this FINAL until Thursday evening.

Attached you will see a document for spectators (PDF linked below). This includes tickets as well as parking information. We ask that all coaches and club directors share the information with their families.

We will be hosting a luggage storage area for any families checking out of hotels and would like to bring their bags to the Expo Center on Sunday. That room number is: Luggage Room - N201

The BWI will be offering a college showcase for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Seniorathletes on Thursday, December 11^th from 6:30 – 8:30 PM.

The BWI will also be offering a middle school clinic for Rising Stars of the BWI. The clinic will be open to all 7^th & 8^th graders on Thursday, December 11^th from 6:30 – 8:00 PM.
